Here at Le Bebe Boutique we are happy to accept returns on orders purchased through our website on all full price merchandise. Providing they are sent back and received in its original packaging, unworn, with all labels and tags attached and in saleable and odour free condition (at our discretion) within 14 days of receipt. For Collect In Store Website Orders we are happy to exchange within 14 days from date of order (not from collection date). Please note we are happy to exchange any sale items within 7 days of receipt. Any returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
Please note any delivery charge will not be refunded and any orders that qualify for free delivery will have delivery charge deducted from refund if returned items bring the value of the order below the free delivery threshold.
Customer’s are liable for any return postage and this will not be refunded to customer. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in the post so please obtain a free proof of postage receipt from the post office which will serve as your security in case this happens. We recommend using Recorded Delivery. Please allow 14 days for us to process your returns, before contacting us.

MAKING A RETURN
If you wish to return or exchange an item for whatever reason please inform us first by emailing us at LeBebeBoutique@hotmail.co.uk confirming the items you wish to return and the reason for return or exchange.
We will then issue you with a returns number and log your return request.
We will not accept any returns without a return number.
Please enclose your Details and Return Number on a slip inside your parcel.
If you are wanting to exchange your item for a different size, colour or for something else please be aware we do not hold items and cannot guarantee availability. Any items requested for exchange may no longer be in stock by the time we receive your return is received. To avoid disappointment we suggest you place a new order for the desired item and send in a request for refund on the original order.
** The Customer is responsible for any return postage fee as well as any exchange re delivery fee.
