📦 Standard Delivery

We offer 1st Class and 2nd Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail.

• Dispatch within 4 working days

• SALE items: dispatch within 7 working days

• We always aim to ship earlier where possible

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock.
(Items will not be sent separately unless extra postage is paid.)

SALE orders cannot be shipped same day.

• Dispatch within 7 working days

• Shipped by the method chosen at checkout once packed

🏠 Delivery Address & Proof of Delivery

We ship to the exact address on your invoice.
If you enter a workplace or alternative address:

• Anyone at that address can sign for your parcel

• A signature at the delivery address is proof of successful delivery
  We cannot be responsible for parcels signed for by someone else at the chosen address.

📦 Heavy / Oversized Parcels

Standard shipping covers parcels up to 2kg.
Heavier / bulky parcels may incur extra costs.

• We will contact you first

• You must approve any additional charges

• We never profit from postage fees

🌍 International Shipping

All international parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

• Dispatch within 4 working days (Mon–Fri)

• Large parcels over 2kg may require extra postage

• We will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs
